What we build
Daily reports: Meals, naps, diaper changes, and mood logged by staff and pushed to parents in real time. Photos & updates: Classroom photos and activity updates shared securely with authorized family members only. Two-way messaging: Direct messaging between families and staff that doesn't get buried in a group text. Check-in/check-out: Contactless digital check-in with authorized pickup verification.
Implementation scope
The parent portal connects directly to enrollment and billing, so a family sees their child's daily reports and their tuition invoice in the same app.
